2.732 miles of driving in 21 days was the result of the journey together with Lisi, Lena and Stefan through California, Arizona and Utah. After leaving the shiny and loud (at least on the main avenues) Las Vegas behind us, we drove straight north to the magnificent Bryce Canyon, only realizing then that we will spend the next seven days roughly 2.000 meters about sea level – it got much cooler, at least over night. Then the journey took us south to Grand Canyon and Sedona from where we headed back to Los Angeles.

During this time I discovered the panoramic function of Lena’s camera, which I got especially fond of in the wide planes of Arizona:

Somewhere in Arizona (on the way to Grand Canyon)
Still on the way in Arizona
Sunrise over Grand Canyon
Grand Canyon II
Kelso Dunes
